03 - 1 clove garlic, halved
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, thyme), finely chopped
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Cut the baguette into ½-inch thick rounds.
03 - Arrange the baguette slices in a circle on a baking sheet, slightly overlapping each slice to form a ring.
04 - Brush the top of each slice lightly with olive oil, rub with the cut side of the garlic clove, and sprinkle evenly with fresh herbs if using.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with dips or as a centerpiece.
