03 - 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
04 - 1 small red onion, cut into chunks

05 - 2 tbsp olive oil
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

10 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
# Directions:
01 - Whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl until combined.
02 - Place sausage slices, bell pepper pieces, and onion chunks in a large bowl. Drizzle marinade over and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.
03 - Thread ingredients onto skewers by alternating sausage, cheese, pepper, and onion. Start and finish with sausage for stability.
04 - Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot and ready.
05 - Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. After 5 to 6 minutes, add cheese cubes to prevent excessive melting. Grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through.
06 - Transfer skewers to a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately while hot.
