Dark Chocolate Strawberry Dips (Printable)

Juicy strawberries coated in rich dark chocolate with optional nut and white chocolate accents.

# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 20 large fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried with leaves intact

→ Chocolate

02 - 7 oz high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped

→ Optional Toppings

03 - 2 tablespoons chopped toasted nuts (such as pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts)
04 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate, melted
05 - 2 tablespoons sprinkles or edible glitter

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to set the dipped strawberries.
02 - Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt over simmering water using a double boiler, stirring until smooth; alternatively, microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip it into the melted chocolate, twirling to coat evenly.
04 - Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place the strawberry on the prepared baking sheet; immediately add nuts or sprinkles if using before chocolate sets. For white chocolate drizzle, wait until dark chocolate is fully set, then drizzle melted white chocolate using a fork or piping bag.
05 - Continue dipping and garnishing remaining strawberries following the same method.
06 - Let the chocolate set at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes or refrigerate briefly for faster setting.
07 - Present the dipped strawberries chilled or at room temperature as a festive treat.
