05 - 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
06 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
07 - 1/8 tsp ground cloves
08 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

→ Soft Crumb Topping

09 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
11 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
12 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar
13 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
14 - 1/4 tsp salt

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter a 9-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and flour. Mix until apples are evenly coated.
03 - Spread the apple mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Combine flour, oats, softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt in a separate bowl. Blend with fingers or pastry cutter until soft crumbs form.
05 - Evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over the apple layer in the dish.
06 - Bake for 40 minutes until topping is golden and apples are tender and bubbling.
